The console keeps losing its connection, and the WiFi drops way too often. The app also won’t sync half the time, which gets frustrating fast. Ugh.

"Warranty claim was honestly embarrassing"
I bought from Life Fitness thinking the warranty would give me some peace of mind, but once I actually had a problem, it turned into this awkward mess of emails, phone calls, and waiting around. I felt kind of embarrassed having to keep explaining the same issue over and over while getting passed from one person to another.

The whole claim process was slow and not especially helpful. By the end, I was more frustrated than when I started, and a little annoyed that I expected better. For what these products cost, I thought the support would be much better. I wouldn’t buy from them again.

I bought this Life Fitness bike because I figured it would feel like the bikes at the gym, or at least close to what they make it sound like. that has not been my experience at all. The seat is really uncomfortable, and the way the handles are positioned makes my wrists start hurting quickly. I’ve tried adjusting it a bunch of different ways, but it never really feels right. I keep ending my workouts early because I just don’t want to stay on it. For the price and the promises, I expected a lot better

I ordered from LifeFitness the whole delivery experience was frustrating. It took much longer than the estimate they gave, and I barely got any useful updates along the way. When it finally arrived, the box was really beat up, and one of the parts had noticeable scratches. For something at this price, I expected a lot better. Personally, I wouldn’t order from them again unless they seriously improve their shipping and packaging.

"Treadmill keeps acting up"
I’ve had this treadmill for a bit now and it just keeps stopping in the middle of my runs, which is super frustrating. I’ve reached out to support a few times or so, but nothing really gets fixed. It feels like the same problem keeps coming back over and over

So, I reached out to Life Fitness twice about an issue with my treadmill and never really got a clear answer. I also tried calling, but I just kept getting bounced from one person to another. For equipment this expensive, it was frustrating.

"Setup was a lot harder than I expected"
I bought this from lifefitness.com sometime around late March, or maybe it was early April, and the assembly was frustrating. The instructions were confusing in a few spots, and some of the steps didn’t really match up with what I was seeing in front of me. It ended up taking way longer than I expected, and I kept having to guess where certain parts were supposed to go. For something at this price, the setup really should be a lot smoother.

"Broke way too fast"
Mine broke way sooner than I expected. I hadn’t even used it that much, and then it just kind of gave out. I don’t know, maybe I got a bad one, but it really doesn’t feel like it was built very well.

"Repair service left me questioning the quality"
The whole repair experience was frustrating. It took forever just to get someone scheduled, and when the tech finally showed up, they didn’t even have the right parts with them. Then I had to wait all over again. Getting replies by phone or email was slow too, which made it feel like nobody was really on top of it. For equipment that costs this much, I expected a lot better support. It’s still not working the way it should, and now I’m starting to wonder if the quality is really as good as I thought

I bought this bike thinking the higher price would mean something a little more impressive, but after using it, I was kind of disappointed. It rides fine and does what it’s supposed to do, but I kept thinking I probably could’ve gotten the same experience from a cheaper bike. For what I paid, I expected it to feel more worth it.

"Ordering felt way harder than it should’ve been"
I tried ordering from lifefitness.com and it was a frustrating experience. The cart kept glitching, checkout was super slow to load, and my confirmation email took forever to come through. I also couldn’t easily find clear shipping info before paying, which made me feel like they were more focused on getting the sale than actually making the process easy for customers. For such a big company, the site feels really clunky. I don’t think I’d order from them again.

"Pretty frustrating install experience!!"
I ordered through lifefitness.com the delivery part went totally fine. But the installation was a letdown!! The guys showed up late and seemed like they were trying to rush through the whole thing instead of really getting it set up properly.

They left packaging all over the place, and the machine wasn’t even leveled correctly when they left. I ended up having to call again just to get it fixed. Definitely didn’t feel worth paying extra for the install service!!
